Returns

Section 1 – Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel or change your order  you can send us a  request through our Contact Us page within 24 hours after payment.

Due to logistical reasons we cannot accept order cancellation or exchange after 24 hours.

Section 2 – Refund and Returns

We allow product returns and request for a refund subject to our refund and return policy.

Section 3 – Returning faulty products:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The product is on its original packaging.
  • The customer will need to ship the unused item back to us for inspection before we can process your request.
  • Unfortunately, we can not cover the shipping cost for returning product.

Section 4 – Returning non-faulty products:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The product is on its original packaging.
  • The customer will need to ship the unused item back to us for inspection before we can process your request.
  • Unfortunately, we can not cover the shipping cost for returning the product.
  • All returns for non-faulty products are subject to re-stocking and handling fee of about 20% of the original retail price.

Section 5 – Products not as described:

Depending on the circumstances, we may sometimes offer you a partial or a full refund on items that are not as described in our product listing. You will need to provide us with evidence as such so we can facilitate your request.

  • Full refund may be granted provided
    o The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
    o The product must be in its original packaging.
    o The customer will need to ship the unused item back to us for inspection before we can process your request.
    o Unfortunately, we can not cover the shipping cost for returning product.
    o No re-stocking fee will be applied if we confirmed that the product is not as described.
  • Partial refund may be granted provided
    o The customer has agreed to receive a partial refund and would keep the product

You can request for a return and refund within 15 days from the date you received the product.

Note:
1. Faulty products will not be subject to restocking and handling fees (20% of the original retail price).
2. All returns and refund request will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned product.
3. If upon inspection we found out that the product is not faulty and show now significant difference to the description in the product listing we will still provide
4. Do not ship the product back to us unless we have advised it.

Section 6 – Refunds
Your payment will be refunded to your original payment account as soon as  your request is approved. You will be notified with the status of the refund via email. The refund money will be credited back to your original method of payment. Due to differences in banking processing times globally, you may experience some delays in reflecting the refunds in your payment accounts.

Section 7 – Lost or wrong product shipped:
We can grant you a refund or we can reship your order if your product is lost or you have not received it within our 2-6 weeks guaranteed delivery business day stretch (excluding our 2 day processing times). Similarly, if you received a product different from what you ordered we will provide you a refund or reship the correct product. You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (2-6 weeks) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Section 8- What we need from you
1. Proof of evidence showing the product is faulty. (only applicable on faulty products only)
2. Tracking number or any evidence that will satisfy that the request is within the specified time frame.
3. All requests must be submitted in our Contact Us page within 15 days from date of receiving the item.
4. Shipping invoice (only applicable for products not as described) Exchanges

Section 9 – We allow product exchange should you wish to decide change it provided,

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The product is on its original packaging.
  • The customer will need to ship the unused item back to us for inspection before we can process your request.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping cost for returning the product.
  • All returns for product exchange are subject to re-stocking and handling fee of about 20% of the original retail price.

Depending on the circumstances, we may sometimes offer you with product exchange or just have a partial refund and keep the product.

Section 10 – We do not provide refunds on the following:

  • You did not receive your order due to you have provided us with a wrong shipping address
  • Any similar circumstances which are out of Recopeyn or our shipping partner control such as customs delay, natural disaster, etc.
  • You bought our product through promotion. ex. You get the product for free and paid only the shipping cost.

All refund requests must be communicated to us as soon as possible within the prescribed 14 day period through our support email or through our Contact Us page.
