CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND REQUEST FOR A REFUND?

HOW LONG CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER CANCELLATION?
After your refund request has been approved, your money will be returned to your original mode of payment from about 5-7 business days.

Do I need to pay any fees from my government?
This is dependant on government policies of the person receiving the goods. Customer is responsible for any customs duty
I bought your items in one of your promotion, can I return them if I changed my mind?
We are making it more easier for clients to enjoy our products that’s why we often give them for free. The customer will just need to pay for the shipping and handling cost.
Shipping and handling cost is non refundable.
This is unlikely to happen but in the event that customer wishes to return the free product, the customer will cover the return shipping cost and will have to pay a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item. This is to cover the expense to restock the item.
